Why this exists
Most "personal growth" sells you another mask. We don't. The framework here — Deconstruction to Direction — exists to strip away the borrowed voices controlling your decisions and rebuild an internal compass that is unmistakably yours.
The book behind the work
The Unbound Life began as a private journal — a year of dismantling every "should" that had governed a decade of choices. It became a method. That method became this community.
