Community Guidelines

Welcome to The Golden Clarity Community ("GCC").
Our mission is to provide a respectful, supportive, growth-oriented environment where members can pursue greater clarity, personal growth, self-discovery, and meaningful transformation.
By participating in GCC, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines.
1. Respect Others
Treat all members, coaches, speakers, moderators, administrators, and guests with respect.
Healthy disagreement is welcome.
Personal attacks, insults, harassment, bullying, intimidation, threats, discrimination, hate speech, or abusive behavior are not permitted.
2. Maintain Professional Conduct
Be courteous and constructive in all interactions.
Members are expected to contribute positively to the community environment.
Repeated disruptive, hostile, inflammatory, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the community.
3. No Harassment or Abuse
Harassment of any kind is prohibited, including:
- Personal attacks
- Threats
- Bullying
- Repeated unwanted contact
- Stalking behavior
- Discriminatory remarks
- Offensive or abusive language
4. No Hate Speech or Discrimination
Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, violence, or hostility based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, age, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics is prohibited.
5. No Spam
Members may not:
- Post repetitive content
- Flood discussions
- Send unsolicited promotional messages
- Use automated systems to spam members
- Post misleading or deceptive content
6. No Unauthorized Promotion or Selling
The community is not a marketplace for unsolicited sales.
Members may not:
- Advertise products or services without permission
- Promote businesses without authorization
- Recruit clients without approval
- Conduct unauthorized sales activities
- Use GCC primarily for lead generation
Approved partners, speakers, coaches, or sponsors must comply with separate agreements and community policies.
7. No Member Poaching
Members may not use GCC to:
- Build private prospect lists
- Recruit members into competing communities
- Move members into external groups without permission
- Harvest contacts for commercial purposes
Respect the integrity of the community.
8. Respect Privacy
Do not share another member's:
- Personal information
- Contact information
- Messages
- Community activity
- Coaching discussions
- Workshop participation
without their permission.
9. Confidentiality
Members are encouraged to respect the confidentiality of discussions occurring within GCC.
Information shared by members should remain within the community unless explicit permission has been granted.
10. No Illegal Activities
Members may not use GCC to engage in, promote, facilitate, or encourage illegal activities.
11. No Misrepresentation
Do not:
- Impersonate others
- Misrepresent credentials
- Misrepresent expertise
- Provide false information
- Create misleading profiles
12. Respect Intellectual Property
All GCC materials, content, recordings, downloads, resources, frameworks, presentations, courses, workshops, certifications, and educational materials remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.
Members may not:
- Reproduce content without permission
- Distribute paid materials
- Resell content
- Share restricted resources
- Upload community content elsewhere without authorization
13. Recording and Distribution
Unless expressly authorized:
- Do not record community sessions
- Do not record workshops
- Do not distribute recordings
- Do not share screenshots of private community discussions
without appropriate permission.
14. Guest Coaches and Speakers
GCC may host guest coaches, mentors, speakers, educators, experts, consultants, and partners.
Members are expected to interact respectfully and professionally with all invited contributors.
15. Moderator and Administrator Decisions
Moderators and administrators may:
- Remove content
- Restrict participation
- Suspend accounts
- Remove members
- Limit access
when deemed necessary to protect the community environment.
Such decisions may be made with or without prior warning.
16. Violations
Violations of these guidelines may result in:
- Content removal
- Warnings
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent removal
- Loss of access to community resources
- Termination of membership
without refund where permitted under applicable policies.
17. Community Purpose
GCC exists to foster learning, growth, clarity, self-discovery, meaningful discussion, and constructive support.
Members are expected to contribute in a manner consistent with these goals.
18. Updates
These Community Guidelines may be updated periodically.
Continued participation in GCC constitutes acceptance of any updated guidelines.
19. Acceptance
By accessing, joining, participating in, or using GCC, its memberships, courses, workshops, events, programs, coaching services, community platforms, and related offerings, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Community Guidelines.
